Presentation of the most important Earth observation images during the "science week". Explanation of acquisition techniques, processing and applications
VisioTerra has long been involved in sharing and discovering the world seen from space.
With the participation of ESA and the European Commission, VisioTerra shared its knowledge of Earth observation on the occasion of the Fête de la Science on October 1, 2 and 3, 2021.
7,000 students and 28,000 visitors were able to participate in activities on the theme of "Inspector Copernicus: mission to save the planet!"
They were able to learn more about the Copernicus program and the use of various satellites for positive environmental purposes.
Thanks to Paola BERRETTA from ESA and Julien TURPIN from the European Commission for providing the material distributed to schools and families.
